Irish™ Sea Moss contains a small, red sea algae that grows abundantly on the rocky shores of Ireland. The benefits of this Irish sea moss have been well known to the natives of Ireland for many years. In this product, sea moss has been combined with two other highly effective and unique kelp seaweeds: Wakame and Norwegian Kelp.
