Order Processing All wholesale orders are processed within 2–3 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Within Canada NU ERA Distribution ships to approved retailer locations across Canada. Shipping rates and carriers are determined at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Free Shipping Thresholds: Retail orders over $200 before tax qualify for free shipping. Free shipping promotions, where applicable, will be communicated through your account manager or promotional notices.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times vary by region:
- Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days
- Western Canada: 4–7 business days
- Atlantic Canada & Territories: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs are outside our control.
Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 5 business days at info@nueradistribution.com with photos and your order number.
Address Accuracy You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. NU ERA Distribution is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
