These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the NU ERA Distribution wholesale platform. By registering as a retailer or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility: Our wholesale platform is available exclusively to registered retail businesses. By creating an account, you confirm that you are purchasing for resale purposes and are authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business.

Account Registration: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. NU ERA Distribution reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate retailer accounts at our discretion.

Orders & Pricing: All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or approved credit terms. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to pricing errors, stock availability, or account standing.

Payment Terms: Payment is due as specified at checkout or per your approved credit terms. Overdue accounts may be subject to suspension of ordering privileges.

Intellectual Property: All brand assets, product imagery, and content provided by NU ERA Distribution or its brand partners are for approved retail use only. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability: NU ERA Distribution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or platform. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
