Shipping Policy

NU ERA Distribution ships to retailers across Canada. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping timelines vary by region and carrier availability. Minimum order quantities may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Approved returns will be credited to your account.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon order confirmation unless a net-30 account has been established. Accepted payment methods include EFT, credit card, and cheque. Overdue accounts may be subject to a hold on future orders.

Retailer Agreement

By placing an order with NU ERA Distribution, retailers agree to carry products in accordance with brand guidelines, maintain brand standards, and refrain from unauthorized discounting below MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) where applicable.

Privacy Policy

NU ERA Distribution collects and stores business contact information solely for order processing and account management. We do not sell or share your information with third parties outside of fulfillment and logistics partners.
