Medicinal Ingredients

• Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis L.), 500 mg, providing 30% epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) and 10% caffeine
• Black cumin seed extract (Nigella sativa L.), 300 mg, 5:1 equivalent to 1,500 mg
• Chili pepper extract (Capsicum annuum L.), 12 mg, 4:1 to 7:1 equivalent to 48 to 84 mg dried fruit
• Chromium (as chromium III picolinate), 30 mcg

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, silicon dioxide, and glycerine.

Recommended Use: Adults, take 2 tablets daily with a meal. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

Cautions and Contraindications: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have a liver disorder, iron deficiency, ulcers, or inflammation. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
